Virginia is widely considered to be one of the most beautiful states in the country, no matter what the season. As its capital, Richmond takes part in that prize. It’s the third largest city in the state, with just over 1.2 million people. Much of its economy is driven by the businesses that surround law and finance. However, given its proximity to the nation’s capital, there are many federal agencies that call Richmond home as well.
